What is Kale Soup?
Kale soup, also known as Zuppa di Cavolo Nero, is a traditional Italian soup made with kale, cannellini beans, and potatoes. It is a hearty and healthy soup that is perfect for cold weather. Kale soup is also a great way to incorporate leafy greens into your diet.Ingredients
- 1 bunch kale, stems removed and leaves chopped
- 1 can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed

How to Make Kale Soup

- Add kale and cook until wilted.
- Add cannellini beans, broth, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to simmer for 30 minutes.
